Diagnosis
Multiple Neurofibromas and Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumors in Neurofibromatosis
Radiologic Findings
The chest PA shows soft tissue mass in left upper lung zone and adjacent rib notching. CT shows multiple masses in lower neck, chest wall and pelvic cavity. Pelvic mass excision was performed, Pathological diagnosis was malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor in the background of neurofibroma.
